[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider color=”#6eb944″ divider_weight=”3px” _builder_version=”3.5.1″ max_width=”10%” module_alignment=”center”][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.5.1″ text_font=”||||||||” text_text_color=”#313f54″]Central Wood Products (CWP) is a \u201cBoutique\u201d Lumber company located in Winter Garden, FL.\u00a0\u00a0 It is a direct importer of fine lumber and wood products from Trinidad which includes Teak and Genuine Mahogany.\u00a0 It was established in late 2015 and has been growing organically since then.\u00a0 Although CWP is a relatively \u201cyoung\u201d company it is backed by the generational knowledge and experience of its founder and her family.\u00a0 Ms. Devika Maharaj, the founder, has been in a sawmill and lumberyard environment for much of her life.<\/p>\n
Much of her early childhood was spent at her grandparents\u2019 sawmill and lumberyard and later on at her parents\u2019 sawmill and lumberyard (Central Lumber Ltd., simply called the yard).\u00a0 It is safe to say that sawdust is in her blood.\u00a0 She is the eldest of four, and like her, each of her siblings has worked at the yard in some capacity over the years.\u00a0 Her brother owns and operates \u201cBob\u2019s Mouldings.\u201d\u00a0 His company manufactures wood mouldings, corbels, rosettes and other wood products.\u00a0 Central Wood Products imports its Teak and other woods and wood products from Central Lumber Ltd and Bob\u2019s Mouldings.\u00a0 CWP also sources lumber and wood products from US based sawmills and manufacturers.

Roxy, is a Westie mix who encompasses all the traits of being a terrier.\u00a0 She loves to run, jump and is territorial.\u00a0 She enjoys laying outside when the weather is nice, chasing lizards and barking at people as they pass by the house. She was a rescue puppy adopted through the Pet Rescue By Judy organization. #AdoptDontShop<\/p>\n
Roxy crossed the rainbow bridge in August of 2024. She was my faithful companion for 14.5 years. She is forever loved, missed dearly and remembered fondly.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Rusty came into our lives back in 2018. We adopted him from a wonderful organization, Poodle and Pooch Rescue of Florida. He is a beagle\/fox hound mix. He is my sweet, shy boy and loves a good head scratch and belly rub. Most of the times folks won’t know he is at the shop because he prefers his bed to being out in the shop. Roxy taught him how to “dog” and helped him get comfortable around our home and shop.\u00a0<\/p>\n
